FPGA-Based MADI Audio (AES10)
Lab X Technologies MADI IP provides Industry standard MADI (AES-10) for use in broadcast and other markets. The ability to implement multiple MADI transceiver instances on a single FPGA device (versus multiple discrete hardware transceivers) drastically reduces product costs.
The Lab X MADI IP has been adopted by many manufacturers as the future-proof Replacement for obsolete “TAXI” parts. Like all FPGA based IP it provides design flexibility, system integration, and upgrade capability as new FPGA families become available and evolve.
FPGA MADI Audio Licensing Options
Lab X MADI IP is available for license via a one-time licensing fee and a sliding per transceiver based royalty.

FPGA MADI Audio Demo Platform
The Lab X MADI IP was originally developed for the Lab X MADIX MADI network module. Thus the demo platform for MADI IP is a MIX Evaluation Kit (MEK) with MADIX modules.
